Byron E. Hill

Byron E. Hill, President & CEO, Analytical Bio-Chemistry Laboratories, has more than 40 years of experience in financial and general management positions, with particular emphasis in technology-related industries. His expertise includes merger and acquisition activity, managing financial turnarounds, SEC reporting, ERP system implementations, management reporting, treasury and risk management. Prior to his appointment as president and chief executive officer of ABC Laboratories in 2004, Byron served as vice president and chief financial officer of ABC and as chief operating officer.  Byron serves as a member of the boards of Analytical Bio-Chemistry Laboratories, Inc., Providence Bank, Hawthorn Foundation, Columbia Area Chamber of Commerce, Great River Boy Scouts of America, Missouri Innovation Center, Southern State Growth Policy Board, Sage LLC, University of Missouri Research and Development Advisory Board, and MOBIO.
